Protesters call for reforms and job security

The Sarv Karamchari Sangh Haryana, under the banner of which the rally was held, emphasized key issues affecting government employees. Their demands include the revocation of the old pension scheme, the formation of an eighth pay commission, regular recruitment drives for permanent jobs, and the regularization of contractual employees. The protesters are seeking essential reforms to address concerns related to job security and financial well-being.

Participation in Nationwide protest on February 16

In a significant announcement, the government employees declared their intent to participate in a nationwide protest scheduled for February 16. This protest, called by trade unions and farmers' bodies, aims to voice collective grievances against the Union government's policies. The employees, representing various departments, boards, and universities, expressed solidarity in their commitment to advocating for their rights.

Dharmveer Phogat, addressing the gathering, highlighted the primary demands of the protesters.
